Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Emalia Jewelry is online only. Our office is based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Orders + Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to more than 240 countries.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by your local customs.
Do you ship to PO or AFO/FPO boxes?
For security reasons, we are unable to ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes. Please be sure to enter a physical mailing address at checkout.
What is your order lead time?
Our jewelry is made to order - with love! Your order will ship out within 30 days of placing your order. We will always make an effort to ship your order sooner when possible.
Will my order come with a ring box?
Yes! All rings purchased will come in a beautiful ring box.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All Emalia Jewelry orders come in gift-ready packaging. If you would like additional gift wrapping and a custom card with your choice of messaging, we are happy to provide that for an additional fee of $10. Gift wrapped orders will be shipped without a receipt, and instead the receipt will be emailed to you.
Design + Custom Orders
Can you help me design a custom engagement ring?
If there is a style you love that you don't see on our website, you need a smaller or larger finger size, or if you are interested in a smaller or larger center stone, we are here to help create you the ring of your dreams. Please contact us!
Can I set my own stone in one of your settings?
We do not offer this service at this time.
Repairs + Warranty
Do you offer repairs?
Your happiness is very important to us. Emalia Jewelry guarantees our pieces for 60 days from date of purchase against defects. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If you need a repair after 60 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping and handling.
